The annual eight-week CEO Seminar I lead begins April 1. If you are a CEO with more than 25 employees, consider joining us. The time commitment is minimal – every Friday during lunch – but the payoff can be big. Our focus is “Building a World Class Company: A CEO’s Guide to Improving Performance.” Sponsored by the Rice Alliance Austin Chapter and the Austin Technology Council, the CEO class is geared not towards start-up CEOs but those with growing businesses who are looking for the tools to maximize value and increase company performance.
If you qualify for this invitation-only seminar, you can sit in on the first class for free before registering for the full series. During the first session, everyone will receive a signed copy of my book “The CEO Tightrope.” The agenda closely follows the format of the book, which is organized around the responsibilities of a CEO.
