How To Gauge An Organization’s Maturity

The way an executive team speaks and acts can tell you a lot about the maturity of an organization. I frequently sit in on high-level meetings at other companies, and I can always tell when I’m dealing with leaders who live up to the five responsibilities of the CEO, and whose organizations therefore have the best chance at long-term success.
