Today, let’s take a look at a new article by Joel Trammell, CEO of local business management company Khorus. Trammell, who writes regularly on his site The American CEO, interviewed Ed Curtis Jr., a Dallas businessman who worked in economic development under former Texas Gov. Rick Perry and recently wrote a new book called “Why Texas?”

Curtis talked to 19 Texas CEOs to get to what’s unique for business in the Lone Star State. Among them are local innovators and investors Tim Ferriss, Andy Roddick and Kendra Scott.
